Partnership Works Limited is led by its Managing Director Geoffrey Bateman - a professionally qualified human resources director who has led the company since its incorporation in 1998.

Previously and as Company Personnel Director at FORTE Plc he designed and led the hospitality industry’s award winning schools & college liaison programme; Opportunities. Seconded by FORTE Plc to the Central London TEC as Education & Business Partnership Director he later joined Business-in-the-Community where he has been credited with the work involved in forming the now national education business partnership network (NEBPN).

The Associate Staff who work with us at Partnership Works Limited are also known for their knowledge and their professional skills. They add to the already expert mix of human resource and other management consultancy services on offer and help to give our clients’ early outcomes. At the sametime they too advocate for the aims & objectives of our clients.
